Mmmm... Wisdom, ascension, gratitude and enjoyment.

Things to make you go Mmmm…

"To encourage creativity by sharing more inspiration than any electronic artist.”

Three thoughts for your creativity and one on mine.

3 for you:

Be wise.

“Wisdom doesn’t consist in knowing more that is new, but less that is false.” - Henry Wheeler Shaw.

Keep climbing.

“There’s an old saying there’s three types of people on a ladder, one at the bottom, one at the middle, one at the top. Which is the best one to be? The one that’s still climbing.” - Ryan Long

Live every day.

"This day will never come again and anyone who fails to eat and drink and taste and smell it will never have it offered to them again in all eternity. The sun will never shine as it does today." - Hermann Hesse

1 from me

Not Everything Needs to Become Something.

“We're very good at turning things we enjoy into things we have to achieve.

A hobby becomes a side hustle.

An interest becomes a project.

A creative outlet becomes a business.

Suddenly, something that used to bring us pleasure comes with deadlines, expectations and pressure to make it worthwhile.

We start measuring it.

Is it productive?

Is it going anywhere?

Could it earn money?

Am I getting better?

And somewhere along the way, we forget why we started in the first place.

There's nothing wrong with turning a passion into something bigger. But not everything needs to be developed, monetised or shared with the world.

You can learn something simply because you're curious.

Make something nobody else will ever see.

Enjoy an activity without trying to master it.

Follow an idea without needing it to lead anywhere.

Enjoyment doesn't need to justify itself through achievement.

Not every seed needs to become a tree. Not every idea needs to become a plan. Not every interest needs to become part of your identity.

Some things are valuable precisely because they exist outside the demands of work, progress and recognition.

So the next time you find something you enjoy, resist the urge to ask what you could do with it.

Just enjoy it.

You don't have to turn everything you love into something useful.

Sometimes, the thing itself is enough.”
