Ask:
"Why does this always happen to me?"
And your brain will search for evidence.
Ask:
"What can I learn from this?"
And it will search for something entirely different.
The questions you ask act like a spotlight.
They determine what you notice and what you ignore.
Many people spend years looking for better answers.
Often they need better questions.
Instead of:
"What if I fail?"
Try:
"What if this works?"
Instead of:
"Why am I stuck?"
Try:
"What's the next step?"
Change the question.
Change the direction.”

A huge thank you to everyone who came to Buntu in Brixton on Saturday.
After two years of writing, refining and rehearsing, it was a special feeling to finally perform the full 90-minute live set in front of an audience. Seeing people connect with the music made all the work behind the scenes worthwhile.
I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who came along, listened, danced and shared the moment. Thank you for being part of it.
