Mmmm... Patience, quantity, contrast and results.

Things to make you go Mmmm…

"To encourage creativity by sharing more inspiration than any electronic artist.”

Three thoughts for your creativity and one on mine.

3 for you:

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.

“We shouldn’t wish for overnight success as we would then need to be able beat it pretty soon, lest we feel like we’re declining.

Instead, slow, consistent progress is a more reliable way to maintain satisfaction.

Purposefully aiming for Slow Success Strategy may actually ensure you always feel like you’re going in the right direction.” - Chris Williamson

Quality through quantity.

“Do not concern yourself with quality. Rather, prioritize quantity through iteration—even at the expense of quality. Over time, quality will emerge. The more versions you make, the better the results.” - Joey Cofone

It’s always darkest before dawn.

"Darkness is preparation for light.

Sadness is preparation for joy.

Failure is preparation for success.

But only if you keep going and remain open to what comes next." - James Clear

1 from me

Small Improvements Create Extraordinary Results.

“We tend to think change happens in big moments.

A breakthrough.

A major decision.

A dramatic change of direction.

But most of the time, that’s not how it works.

Real change is usually much quieter.

It happens through the small things you do repeatedly.

One better choice.

One extra hour of practice.

One conversation you finally have.

One unhealthy habit you gradually replace.

One piece of work you improve instead of rushing.

On their own, these things can feel almost insignificant.

But they accumulate.

Get 1% better today and you probably won’t notice much difference tomorrow.

Do it consistently for a year and you become a very different person.

The same is true in the other direction.

Small compromises accumulate too.

One day of putting something off.

One more excuse.

One shortcut.

One neglected relationship.

One evening spent doing something you know isn't good for you.

Again, none of these seem particularly important in isolation.

But repeated often enough, they become patterns.

And patterns eventually become outcomes.

That's the part we often miss.

Your life is being shaped by things that don't feel important enough to matter.

The habits you repeat.

The standards you tolerate.

The people you spend time with.

The thoughts you keep rehearsing.

The work you consistently make time for - or don't.

You don't need to transform everything overnight.

In fact, trying to do so can be another form of avoidance.

You just need to pay more attention to the direction you're moving in.

Ask yourself:

What small thing could I improve today?

What small thing am I allowing to get worse?

What am I repeatedly doing that is quietly taking me somewhere I don't want to go?

And perhaps most importantly:

If I repeated today's choices for the next year, where would they take me?

Because small improvements compound.

So do tiny losses.

Choose carefully.

And then keep choosing.

Tiny gains compound.

So do tiny losses.

Choose carefully.”
