It’s ok to think you suck.

Stop Confusing Busy with Productive.
“Being busy feels satisfying - like you’re moving, progressing, getting things done. But activity isn’t the same as impact.
You can fill every hour and still get nowhere. You can do half as much and move twice as far.
Productive work is deliberate, focused, and tied to a clear outcome. Busy work is noise – a way to avoid the hard, meaningful stuff that actually moves you forward.
